Technical skills

           Technical skills involve the ability to apply specific methods, procedures and techniques in a specialized field. You can imagine the technical skill needed by design engineers, market researchers, acountans and computer programers. Their skills are concrete and can usually be taught in collage course or on-the-job training (OJT) program. Managers use technical skills to varying degrees. They are highly concerned with identifying and developing  the technical skills needed by other in organization.
